Shipping Options
We offer domestic shipping throughout the United Kingdom. All items are carefully packed immediately prior to shipping from Plymouth, Devon.
We aim to have all orders prepared, packed and shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the order. If you require a faster alternative shipping method, please contact us by email and we will advise whether this is possible. Please also note shipping times will vary if they coincide with public holidays.
International Shipping
We are still a very new business so and don’t currently ship internationally. We’ll keep you posted if this changes.
Return & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us in the first instance by email, quoting your order number and outlining the full circumstances. Please do not send your items back to us until you have heard back from us as you may not eligible for a refund.
If your refund is approved, we will advise of the appropriate address that accepts returns. Once we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method, normally processed within 30 days. We will then advise you where you of a shipping address.
Conditions of Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is only valid for 14 days from the date of shipment AND if all items are completely unused, untouched and untampered with. If more than 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or product exchange. If we deem the circumstances warrant a refund, all returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that if you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will only exchange items if the original was defective or damaged.

Pay Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping as part of your purchase owing to an offer, the cost of our shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
